OPUS Vehicle Fleet
AS-Tech Vehicle Fleet creates the overview and means fleet managers need to control their rolling assets. It monitors and manages all aspects of their rolling stock. It gives a precise analysis of use, cost and general state of the vehicle fleet.
The many possibilities of analysis and expertis result in an accurate overview of use, cost, and state of the vehicles of the fleet. The dashboards and reports are instruments for decision-making for fleet managers. They can conduct an active policy: process optimization, control on spending and rationalization of the procurement. AS-TECH Vehicle Fleet is so extensive that functionality is divided into several modules.
Module 1: Management of the Fleet and fuel consumption
This module allows to:
• Create an overview of the fleet through a “structured tree” approach. This allows the classification and visualization of the fleet and all attached equipment.
• Identify all the administrative, technical and financial information on each vehicle (registration papers, cost of acquisition, calculation of depreciation, taxes, lease, and more)
• Click to the information-tree down into the on-board equipment whether mounted or otherwise connected (phone, GPS, fire extinguishers, lift arm, tailgates, lift -and dump gates) on each vehicle
• Develop descriptive screens in order to accomodate additional fields if necessary
• Fully automate the recovery of fuel intake information, monitor and analyze consumption
• Facilitate the tracking of technical operations (regulatory, technical, check-ups) and administrative operations (tracking of assignments, accidents, insurance contracts, taxes, permits) with alerts in case of events
